Yes, Lau Dental is wheelchair accessible and provides dedicated nursing assistance to help patients with mobility needs navigate our facility. While our clinic is a two-storey building, our trained nursing staff is always on hand to ensure wheelchair users have a comfortable and safe experience. If you are visiting from nearby OUG or Kuchai Lama, please let us know in advance so we can assist you upon arrival.

We're open until 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends, and we fit urgent cases in as early as we can. If a tooth has been knocked out, keep it moist in milk and come in as soon as possible, ideally within an hour.

No, we don't provide sedation or general anaesthesia (GA). Treatment is done under local anaesthetic, which numbs the area so you'll feel pressure, not pain. If you're anxious, tell us when you book and we'll take things at your pace and explain each step first.

Yes. Braces and Invisalign can be paid in 0% interest monthly instalments, from RM250 a month for braces and RM400 a month for Invisalign.
